On /api/agent/excerpt a non-search agent gets HTTP 402 with crawler-price USD 0.01 and PAYMENT-REQUIRED. The rest of the HTML site stays 200 for humans and search crawlers.

List price per agent request on this origin: USD 0.01. That is a signal, not settlement. Humans buy Completo on Gumroad. ChargeReady does not run a marketplace of agent-to-agent payments.
